## The structure

- **SCAN Community: free.** Open notation, specification and static renderer — no managed AI delivery.
- **Sphere subscriptions: paid.** Individuals, teams and teams delivering routinely. Private workspace, live system model, Flows, planning, and a defined amount of AI and delivery capacity.
- **Sphere Enterprise: annual contract.** Multiple teams: portfolio governance, security controls, support, contracted capacity and deployment choices including private deployment.

## Principles you can explain

- Priced around connected systems, not per diagram or per Flow. Viewers are not charged.
- Usage is included, with visible limits. Usage beyond it is visible and controllable; never billed without consent.
- Customers can see expected usage before work runs and can set limits.
- Bring-your-own model credentials where the plan allows.
- Enterprise pilots around a real multi-component change are available, scoped with the team.

## What not to say

- No prices, discounts, allowances, overage rates or "starting from" figures.
- No claim that Sphere is cheaper than other approaches.
- No promise of "unlimited" AI usage.
